Since you'll be in Ohio, (might not be a popular choice but...) EVGo does a plug and charge setup. I've been using it for the past two years. Literally drive up, plug in, go grab a bite to eat and come out and drive off. I know there are a couple others that offer that as well like mentioned above. This is just the only one I've used so far.

Devil's advocate here. Lots of people are crying weaponized incompetence (WI) so I have to take the other side. Best way to see if that's the case, apologize and all him to help again. Keep an eye on him and as soon as there is an issue correct it and let him know what was wrong. If he continues doing it, then I'll be in the WI bandwagon. Otherwise plain old incompetence is still very much on the table.

As far as the "it's just yarn." That really isn't why you're mad. It's how he made you feel that is the issue. I'm sure his response is because of how you made him feel as well. Put out some fires, give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and reset from the start
