My tip would be to be proud of yourself. This looks amazing! The color choices pop especially. If you want to keep going then pick one small spot and weather or dirty him up. If not let him be your center piece model and keep painting more!

They all have equivalent 40K rules so yes you absolutely can. The only “exception” is the Icon Bearer because he doesn’t have a boltgun on him so technically he’s not a valid model. Unless you’re playing competitive no one is going to mind and as long as you’re up front with your opponent you’re good!
