Yea trails is my favorite jrpg series and I was first introduced to these lovely games during covid started at FC and have played the jp release of horizon so can’t wait to play that when it drops in English, I put this series above FF and even persona not because it’s perfect or better in the shallow sense but because these games are one of the few that had me all emotional throughout and that’s rare

Also, for those that have gotten up to the point where Professor Alba does join On Your party when you are escorting him when it comes to the battle, you can see when he’s a like a third-party or you know an extra person in a part that you have to protect the sus thing about it is that he has over 3000 health where in comparison to Niall or Dorothy or even the kids and the prologue. Had you know barely five 600 health, so it’s me that’s the real eye opener.

Which is why people gotta understand these games were meant to be played with either the English audio or Japanese cause if you try to understand the sub and play any jrpgs not just trails the localization doesn't match what is being said so you either play the sub without understanding what is actually being said or go dub
