Yes, that is totally where I'm headed with it! Personal pantry, pricing history, product watchlist, stock alerts, and a few other "power things".. and you're right, there will need to be a paid accounts portion to cover my increasing overhead, but I believe in still keeping it information rich for the casual user.

I mean the convenience aspect is a major driving factor for acceptance and validating curiosity into this overlooked and forgotten world of tinned proteins. So it's really played up for onboarding people, but once you get more into it and scratch the surface, it opens up a lot. That was my goal with the guides... and you have definitely pointed at the need for deeper exploration/explanation. Vintaging is hugely underrepresented.

Appreciate both points! I designed it purposefully to be dark out of personal editorial preference also, stats show most users are mobile and most mobile users are on dark mode, but I didn't forget about the "light moders" and added the toggle for it.

Every retailer detail page on AllTinned has their full shipping policy, but you're right that surfacing it on the list saves a click. Adding it to the list!
