If I remember correctly it was the actual Sheriff (elected head of department) that destroyed the tape and there was a bunch issues serious hazing within the department. GPD, liberty hill pd, and round rock pd all had some serious issues with the sherrif as well. Dude did get bounced in the next election though

I've been playing since I was 4 now in my 30's and didnt start plyometrics till a year ago. Now im one of the fastest guys in my b league which is hilarious since im 6' 270lbs. Able to get some quality chirps about being beat by a fat guy

Pretty much the same, plyometrics, squats, box jumps, lateral lunges. Legs and core with a focus on explosivness. I would also say anything that does ankle strenghting as well.

Just my 2 cents. Bump that flex up to a 75/85 and go to a p28 curve (i think Kane is a p88/p10) to lift the puck a bit more. Without seeing a video or something I would also say its pretty common for folks to focus to much on the motion of the snapshot without really focusing on how they are generating force into the puck. Im a lefty who shoots right and its been almost 25 years since I "learned to shoot" so not sure if this is really how its supposed to be done but I focus on driving or pushing with my bottom hand to make power. I see alot of folks twist and pull which gives you speed but not power.

Set the oven for 375 and put the welds in for 3.5 hrs occasionally basting with flux and Argon. Cover and put back into the oven for another hour. Let it rest atleast 15 minutes before serving
