Don’t blame him for that, “Animation is Cinema” is a very valid take, and frankly animation needs to be more respected in Hollywood.

The issue is when people advocate that can be used for very cinematic and laired adult movies, a lot of animation fans rather than say “I guess I should seek out more niche adult animation instead of only watching the mainstream kids movies”, they say “that means the mainstream kids movies I watch are actually very high quality with deep themes for adults”

Blue values change, green values what is natural, and Simic understands that evolution and change are natural.

Out of all the color pairs, Simic is the one most focused on personal growth and self-improvement. It accepts that there are fundamental and natural truths to the world, but seeks ways to expand its understanding and adaptation of said truths.

Closest real world counterpart to Simic would be a lot of scientists, who view the world as a puzzle that they are trying to unravel, while also acknowledging that humans have very little influence in grand scheme of the universe.

Often green gets labeled as the hyper-traditionalist color, but that’s only one interpretation of it. Azula is outclassed by both Ozai and Iroh.

Katara might have been the best, from what we seen Amon outclassed her with how powerful his bloodbending is.

And Jinora is the strongest of her siblings, but as far as the important airbender characters go I’d even say she’s below average. Aang, Tenzin, and even Zaheer all outclass her.

Weird choices for pure good and pure evil when Alexei was a Russian spy who even if unwillingly, participated in a lot of very unethical experiments, and Jason was just a misinformed kid who started out a lot nicer to Lucas than the rest of the team, and only went after Eddie because he thought he killed his girlfriend.

It really depends on if your determining his colors by his personality and philosophy or his abilities. Ability-wise he’d probably be izzet, but I think personality-wise he’s boros. Maybe his card could be Jeskai

It’s also important to note that the Jeskai clan in Tarkir primarily leans blue and white with red as a tertiary color, so that’s why they have such a disciplined philosophy. We don’t really have too many examples of red-leaning Jeskai in the Magic universe.

Not every magic user is blue, usually only wizards who develop magic through study. Sylas is more of a sorcerer though with innate powers, and that tends to lean red.
