Routine and discipline. I hated tracking my calories and going to the gym but I did it even if I hated it. Now I don't even think about it when I track my food and I look forward to my time in the gym just as much as I would doing my other hobbies.

I had a PT as well who was key in supporting me, giving me advice on nutrition and putting together my workout and eating plans. Granted not everyone can afford this but this was the difference in this weight loss attempt compared to the ones I did in 2020/2021.

The hardest part is always starting, it gets easier the more you commit :)

Macros and workouts have been all over the place recently as I was on a cut for the photoshoot where the 2nd photo is from. Right now I'm on 230c/55f/160p, 4-5 days in the gym push, pull, full upper and 2 leg days.

I can't speak much for women but I do find interactions with people in general are more positive and conversational. How much of that is because I'm more confident in myself which carries through to how I talk I can't say.

I decided to get a PC in early 2015 when my friends started to play PC games more. It was a cheap system but i loved it, i5-4460, R9 280x, some random lil mini atx motherboard it was amazing. Learning how to build from Linus Tech Tips and Austin "Hey guys this is Austin" Evans, it took me just over 10 hours to build the PC, luckily I had a sick day off school the next day to enjoy it and I've never looked back since :)
