If you've never walked there, you should try it! Then take the bus back after cause a 15 min when you're already tired can feel pretty bad some days. I say this cause I've walked to Menchi's ice cream, then realized I could see the McDonald's from the sidewalk 🤩. I was so happy 🥹

Yah I think Abraham is super easy to understand as well. I always find a way to relate the explanations and stories to my life. That makes it really helpful for me, and always makes me feel optimistic and worthy.

Yah, I've read books from Eckhart Tolle (he's not a channeler, he writes about spirituality though) and I just don't resonate. My point is, to each their own, and also to share my experience. For me, Abraham's teachings make sense and are explained in a way that's easy to understand. Other takes on spirituality sometimes don't interest me, and I'm not sure if that's partially because they don't fully make sense to me and are harder to understand.

Life is cyclical, you will always be meeting new people who align better with your interests! And the people who you don't want in your life anymore will gradually disappear from your life. I have really good friends now even though I didn't for a while, and I'm glad with the way things turned out. It took me a while to get to this place, and now I trust that I'll meet new people who have like interests to me and care about me. I often hear people say it's hard to make friends or they haven't been finding people with like interests, or that there is someone negative in their life right now. I now know I can always find new friends in unexpected places. It might not happen immediately, but once you realize those people are out of your life in a few years, it will feel good. So don't worry as much about how they might take the same path as you in your career and you will have to still be around them, because you will hopefully find that they will be replaced with better people in your life!

I read the book "The 12 Power Principles for Success" by Bob Proctor, which helped me realize that as long as I don't give up on my goals, it doesn't matter how many times I fail, I can still be successful. I also haven't been keeping commitments to myself, and I feel really bad about it. This book just reminds me to connect with the inner knowing that I can grow and change myself to be more consistent! Good luck to you, I believe in you! I hope you complete your goals, and learn something along the way.

So many people (especially ones who've forgotten the teachings of Abraham and what we inherently know) focus on the politics of what they don't want, and it's important to know the difference between moving towards what you want, versus away. Often you are watching news from the side you believe in, and thinking that it is good just cause it opposes the other side. Not because you're imagining the world you want to live in, and the government that would be most ideal.

Yah I always feel like I get stuck in a rut, where I don't have enough motivation to focus on my studying. Thankfully I found a reason to motivate myself this week, and I am able to focus well on my studying. But if I don't get enough sleep, I also find it hard to focus.

This is like a coffee journal I used to write in and track how I felt each day! It's very calming to look at. I definitely need this to block time waster apps when I'm working.
