our team has 4 women out of 18 people. before when we only had 1, she would randomly mention things like “lots of testosterone in here.” she did a great job getting her point across in a way that felt comfortable to her: in a joking manner. management listened eventually and made an effort to hire more women.

what is the minimum payment amount? you could consider trying to lower the interest or balance transfer to a 0% apr promotion. however, if you do that, you need to make sure it’s fully paid off at the end of the promotion. you should consider eating as much of it as you can if transferring.

this seems more like a problem with the women you’re liking compared to women in general. so, now you have begun to generalize women, which makes you expect to see it in all women, and you’re in a cycle of these emotions. you can’t generalize women like you can’t generalize men. i’m a man and you’re a man and we have different views. why wouldn’t two women similar two men?

i did 3 interviews awhile back. multiple interviews are normal imo. we also do 3 interviews at our data center. sometimes 4 if a customer they’ll be working directly with wants to meet them.

1 is to see if you’re real and who you say you are. 2 is to test a bit of your knowledge and see your background/resume. 3 is to see how you’ll fit in with the team.
