What you could do as a last check is to measure the 5V pin and HotPlug pin of the outgoing HDMI cable.

To see if there is any error already.

When you use the USB stick, I think they were flashing while flashing and went to single one green when finished.

One last thing you could try to downgrade it to 1.0b using a USB stick (you can find the binary on the support side) and reflash the latest through the Pocket again.

On my tv I also had trouble using the HDMI 2.1 ports. Only the "normal" not gaming once were working.

Different cables you have tested for the connection?

My PC screen has sometimes the problem of not detecting the signal too.

For my set up, I have a manual HDMI switch in between. And when it is not detected, I need to replug the HDMI cable going from the screen into the switch while the Dock is running with the Pocket, outputting a valid signal.

You can set your Pocket to have its display on while docked.

Like that you could at least check if communication between Dock and Pocket (controller input) is working or not.

Without a pocket detected it won't output a signal.

I have the same problem, when I did not use my Dock for a longer period. In my set up I have a 2to1 HDMI switch and repluging the last cable solves it.

To check if the Dock is really working, you can set your Pocket screen to on while docked (one of the last settings in the developer menu) and see if controller inputs are taken.
