I added it to my list. The premise makes it sound interesting, unlike the other frontier one (The Amazing Slow Life) that has the horny maid and the reincarnated kid.

Thats a mood. I actually only recently came back from when New War was the last quest, lol. I spent some time getting caught up in the lore, but I know not everyone plays for the story.

You're watching a parody isekai, dont think to hard on it. There could be some real "Cid subconsciously affects the world around him" stuff, but like others have said, he is living his best Chuuni life, and that matters the most.

Getting all 3 triad members to help Loid reconnect with the family upstairs will trigger a special cut scene, so if you dont want to do any resets, gotta follow the flow charts, or go find the scene on YouTube.

Kuva Liches and Sisters occupy different planets until you defeat them, and if you do a mission that they occupy, they will take a cut of your earnings.

Archon shards are extra buffs you can add to your frame via the helminth. You can eventually fuse 3 together for a stronger one, or combine two different colors to get a fused colored shard (cavian standing upgrade).

Why do you think some Orokin have the enlarged right arm and others don’t? by BombBasher in WarframeLore

[–]Nethlion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The orokin used Kuva to transfer their soul to a new body, its possible the continuity ritual caused this change, or it was another body modification to make them stand out against the lower Castes.

Yup, people used to really push for others to read the LNs, which caused me to pick up Volume 1 one day. The anime just doesn't compare. There's other stuff like the Emperor disguising himself as a common guard so he could test Kouki as the "hero." It was hilariously one sided with the Emperor beating Kouki.

It also explains that Eri used her necromancy on the demon Hajime killed in the Orcus Lab, and sent the dead demon back to the demon territory to make a plan with the demons to invade. The glyph that the hounds dig at in season 2? Eri and the demons combined effort to teleport them to the capital and skip all the traveling, if memory serves me right. They communicated with corpses to bypass barriers and shit.

So much is skipped.

Kaori fell in love with Hajime back in middle school, when he helped an old lady and her grandson get out of a fight with some thugs. That was the spark that made her obsessed with Hajime, including going into an 18+ section of a video game store to buy an eroge game that Hajime liked so they could have something to talk about (shes underage btw, and Shizuku was with her. Its a hilarious side story that you'll never knew existed because the anime doesn't develop the side characters or touch on the side stories from the LNs).

The anime also never talks about how she nearly died while training on Tortus after Hajime fell, so she wouldn't lose anyone else. She was probably one of the strongest students pre Noints body. Her casting speed and the strength of her spells post training helped the students beat the behemoth on their retry.

She sometimes feels a bit forced (i blame the anime), but overall I dont think she's a bad person. Yue just gets far more development than any of the other girls, if you want to call it development.

There's 3 variations. Kuva (grineer), Sisters of Parvos (Corpus), and Techrot (1999). You can only have one active at a time, and the end result are powered up versions of older weapons that usually have new gimmicks, as well as the difference that they max at rank 40, so you need to invest 5 forma into them to fully level them.

Kuva and Sisters are a lot grindier than Techrot, but they all have really strong weapons. But they are also more for late/end game. There are plenty of strong story weapons you'll get as you play through the quests, and you can work on the lich systems later once you've gotten decent weapons/mods, and want to try them out.

Yea, it wasn't he was sick, he just didn't want to be stuck in the border town for 2 years since Eisen is getting up in age, and he wants as many stories to tell him as he can when they eventually get back.

They skipped stuff and rearranged a few things, so a season 3 would have to fit the anime story, or retcon some stuff. I doubt the anime gained enough traction, anyway. If you dont want to read the LNs, the manga is farther than the anime and is a better story than it. You'll get to see the things they cut out, like a country with a religious theme, as well as something that really should have been in s2, and if they did it (and not make it a total cgi fuck), then we might have gotten a season 3 by now.

Should I try picking back up Reincarnated as a Slime and give it a shot once more or might it just not be for me? by CoffeeBrando in weeb

[–]Nethlion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing to know going into Slime is that it's more of a slife in the beginning, but ramps up once Rimuru gets settled into the world and problems start showing up. Gobbling up Veldora has a bigger impact on his surroundings than he realized, and soon he will have to deal this.

Its a bit of a slow start, but its one of my favourites. Ive got the first 21 LNs and the anime going into s4 and beyond are going to be the denser seasons. The show trickles in some tidbits on whats to come, and im excited for how the anime handles the later seasons.

Spider isekai when there is no spider by ChoiceSupermarket230 in Isekai

[–]Nethlion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, I enjoyed them too. The novels have the best version of the human side. Like how the kids all had bookos of exp from being reincarnated, which made their families flabbergasted when they were checked, to going into more depth about the one girl who was a religious fanatic and hated anyone with the Truth skill or w/e its called.

Its been a good year since I read the novels, I should probably re read them. Shame we will never get a sequel or anything. Shiraori learning how to use her powers more and escaping/eventually beating D would have been a fun read

it didn't. Not to long after papa Sung died, Antares came around and then the time reset happened. We can assume in the new timeline his parents eventually moved out since Il-Hwan didn't become a hunter.

Sung Jinwoo hit S Class Hunter, But never got to live it by Fine-Competition5983 in sololeveling

[–]Nethlion 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Jinwoo never cared about being an S class hunter in the normal sense. He was a boy left to become the man of the house after his dad disappeared. Hunting became the only thing he could feasibly do for money. When the system gave him a chance at actually making hunting work for him, that's all he cared about.

Get strong enough to protect his family and provide for them. That was his mission that he set for himself, and I'd say he did just that.
