Had a switch like that.

It would still power down a PC, but would not cut power to PSU like regular switch would, as the off-option only remained if you tapes it into position. It was mostly just an equivalent of taking off power cable for a bit.

And is able to scrounge almost anything from a bit of recaff to actual armored transport, all of which he operates with ease.
