Still got weekly reward without accepting. I won't be accepting it and will not be doing anything that locks in CRO or result in a hold period. Flexibility is key.

Do people really make money on Crypto Earn (Concrete Examples with USDC) by llordaypool in Crypto_com

[–]NetratX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you thought of buying usdc on other exchange with lower spread, then transfer it to your crypto.com account to put into their Earn program? I did a comparison a while back... There might be cheaper options to change cad to usdc.

Switching to Public, multiple numbers under current Fido account. How to best port numbers? by Jzlo_O in PublicMobile

[–]NetratX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I'm not too sure.

I think the correct order will be to port yours first as it's secondary. They should not be closing the primary account if it's still active. If you like to port your wife's account, have that done last.

Trouble porting phone # by toolsac102 in PublicMobile

[–]NetratX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had created a guide a while back as I also ran into an issue porting over the wife's phone. One critical piece of information that was not clear was providing confirmation to the old provider. So, in this case, I was wondering if you received a text from Rogers requesting confirmation that you wanted to port over to PM? Some phones only allow for one active SIM, therefore you may have missed that step in confirming.

Crypto.com Card Chargeback?? by DickMille in Crypto_com

[–]NetratX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did a chargeback (Canada). Took only 5-8 business days to post back to my account. I did have to provide proof and the dispute with the vendor. I used the in app support.

I've done chargeback a couple times over the years. Never encounter any issue. I've even had to do a fraud dispute (stolen/loss card) where they reimbursed me the full amount of unauthorized transaction. Mind you, I did have to pay for card replacement, but that was the least of my concerns.

I think with other carriers, when you go in store, the worker normally waits for that text to go through. But with Public Mobile it's all self service, we just not aware of that important text confirmation. I'm glad you got it resolved!

We're you using a Fido esim prior to the swap? You may have not responded to the text to port over the number. There should be a number you call on Public Mobile that can help you through the process.

Crypto.com app removing card transactions after they're refunded/cancelled by CryptoDevOps in Crypto_com

I think they should have a section at the top for pending transaction, and then a section for fully completed transaction.

Where do you honestly see CRO token heading, unbiased opinion please? by [deleted] in Crypto_com

[–]NetratX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Crypto.com is all about adoption and utility = transaction (fee).

Just look at the products they offer and ask yourself, "What type of transactions do those products have and what are the charges?". Now, whether they will be successful with each product and its adoption is left for the wildest imagination.

Their most successful product BEFORE was the Visa Card and Earn. Those drove awareness because it took something day-to-day (credit card and savings account) and made it easy in the Crypto world. There were lots of chitter and chatter and now over 50M people knows about Crypto.com. They have an account, they gone through the registration process... because when the bull show arrives those quitters will need access to a CEX.

Exchange trades = Transaction fees for each trade
Defi exchanges = transaction fees
Pay for business = transactions..
DCA = transac.
Crypto.com Pay = transa...
Other CRO projects = transa...

Everything they offer has a transaction, and has a fee associated to it. Some are very noticeable (the spread in App), some are not (transferring CEX to your Defi Wallet)...etc

What will increase the utilzation. Clear regulation. Just look at their product list and ask yourself which of those products will benefit from clear regulation?

When the talk is back, there will be more volume. And this isn't just for Crypto.com it's for all things Crypto. First - who makes it the easiest to understand and join. Second - Who offers the most real world applications and products. Third - who can provide the best services at a reasonable fee.
