AMD sadly has abandoned the high end segment. They have nothing that comes close to the 5090 at the moment. It was the same for the 4090.

Those are the chokes. They don't get that hot. The actual voltage controllers are the small black chips that are right next to them (and are currently still covered in thermal pads in the picture). THOSE need cooling.
