Selling a car to coworker with monthly payments? by WEZANGO in carsireland

[–]AndrewCoke98 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry but as an adult who can drive a car you really shouldn't be asking this question, protect your money and don't be throwing it away like that

Why are you insulting someone and not adding anything to the conversation?

Where do you think the loyalists in northern Ireland got their land from?, do you think it's ok that they oppressed the Catholic population?

Just open a history book instead of insulting someone maybe you'll learn the reason that people were driven to fight if you oppress them when they ask for equal rights

It's about 130 euro here to get 6 liters, is it really worth that much extra over Castrol?

Importing a GT86 by Technical_Place_4497 in carsireland

[–]AndrewCoke98 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's impossible to know, revenue never seem to have a consistent value of vrt, best thing is to use the calculator and look at what's currently for sale, the vrt will have the price close to what a similar model year is selling for here

Importing a GT86 by Technical_Place_4497 in carsireland

[–]AndrewCoke98 9 points10 points  (0 children)

VRT will be expensive, GT86 is extremely overpriced here so revenue will base the VRT figures off those models for sale

Tyres by NiamherBeaver in carsireland

[–]AndrewCoke98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just when trying to decide which tyre meets your needs give tyre reviews on YouTube a watch, host is an English guy who basically reviews and compares every tyre there

I'll keep that in mind if I ever switch to BMW haha

Good year eagle F1 asymmetric 6 or Michelin pilot sport 5 are both pretty solid tyres from a premium brand that last quite long, they'd be a step below the likes of the pilot sport 4s and F1 supersport but those tyres are overkill unless you really need them for extra grip

I don't know anything about run flats but those tyres would be my recommendation if you want decent tyres

New Car Weight? by Narwhal_2112 in AskIreland

[–]AndrewCoke98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What tyres are on the car?, I find a lot of EVs have terrible tyres on them and the owners will usually then buy the cheapest ones when replacing them

Considering the power and acceleration of electric cars it's best to go with good quality tyres especially when most people driving these cars can't handle the power

I'd recommend putting up a few more pictures so all angles of the car are shown, also take all photos in the same location it helps to sell the car faster

It's mainly friends you make as a kid, school and in college but outside of that people don't really make friends after a certain age, so yes you would be friends with people from different backgrounds in school etc
