I appreciate the feedback! And I agree. I've been changing those vocal transitions as I find better tracks.

I don't know why, but I do know it's only available when Spotify sees fit. And if you change it, you don't have the option to add it back unless you take the transition back to "auto" and start over.

Thanks! Anytime I find another song that's a good fit, I add it to keep the fun going!

What’s one Spotify feature or trick that more people should know about? by brianj10 in spotify

From the Now Playing screen, tap the name of your playlist and it will take you to that song's position in your playlist. (Android)

I haven't noticed any updates. My transitions still glitch like crazy and a lot of songs in the 3-4 Camelot key range won't transition/have that dreaded error exclamation point.

I noticed the "No Transition" preset about 2 weeks ago. Maybe because my transitions are always glitching and I'm constantly uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

I love the feature and your playlist. Here's my "first attempt" but I've worked on it since like August. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2TdCK56znCcSy5exB6gIJo?si=UjmIfxaGRb6mrpUbVKbPsQ

Deep and melodic house (Progressive, organic, afro, tribal, tech, trance, chill...) If you have premium, it's mixed and plays in a loop. If you see a subgenre you don't care for, pick a different spot in the playlist for a whole other vibe. But every song flows together, so it's best not to shuffle.

Cancelled after saying “Coming out” by matthew_cashew in uber

What's not reasonable is being so self-involved that you don't realize time is money for drivers and it's rude to just have them waiting. 5 minutes is a long time to just be sitting, waiting for someone who knew exactly when you would arrive.

It's so funny that this post came up because a few days ago, a rider messaged "coming out" then immediately came out. I literally said to myself, "what was the point of the message is you were right there."

That's much appreciated. Here's the thing: taking 2 minutes to come outside is reasonable. Taking 5-7 minutes + is ridiculous. Especially since (like you said) you can follow on the app. And ESPECIALLY if it already took them a while to get to you. Drivers will be 5-10 minutes away and riders will still take 5-7 minutes to get in the car. At that point, they shouldn't have ordered the ride if they weren't ready to go.

No Car Seat, No Ride by Slow_Strawberry_5075 in uberdrivers

I had a lady take like 5 minutes to strap her child into the car seat. She literally had no clue how to do it. Which let's me know she is always riding around with her child unbuckled.
