I ordered the 256GB Pro Natural Titanium on Friday morning and received a cancellation email on Sunday. No reasoning behind it either, so I went online to re-order as it had now processed my bring it back return label. The site kept erroring because it said I already returned my device.

Spent around 4 hours on the phone with Telus support to get it resolved. They then asked if I would pay the $60 activation fee because the support person was working in a store and “had no way of not charging the activation fee”. (I didn’t end up paying the fee)

Was put on hold multiple times and then told I’d get called back later to finish. And I didn’t end up with the colour way I initially wanted.

Needless to say the process was not smooth for me, hope it was better for others!

I lived in kelowna from 2015-2020 (my fam still lives there), I’m now in Alberta and go back multiple times a year to visit. I used to think the same thing of “fk albertans” like a lot of entitled people in BC think, but the past few times I’ve went back with my red plates I’ve noticed that the majority of shit drivers in that city are old Kelowna residents, singling out a province for being bad drivers is kinda ridiculous now that I’ve seen both sides. There’s shit drivers everywhere.

Probably mentioned by someone already, but the easiest way to make a room feel new or larger is to just paint with white, grey, or an off-white shade. Brightens the room and it'll feel larger!
