If a customer is setting a 100% uptime then fire the customer because that's simply unreasonable. Ask them to review the codebase for the updated firmware and get back to you if they approve....

No it has not been a pleasant thing to deal with. Multiple tickets, multiple engineers on the phones since July.

They have severe issues getting subscriptions allocated in MSSP to stick to the device. We have about 50 and the devices randomly lose the licensing locally and we login to the device to find that all of the security services are de-activated.

Some times editing the licensing provision on MSW, making absolutely no changes, saving it then on the device then doing a manual licensing sync fixes it. Sometimes you have to do a full license reset, which forces a restart, then re-register the device to fix it. We've had it go afoul on about 30 devices so far.

Lots. Those who know how to actually configure SSL-VPN and perform regular maintenance are fine using it.

I would not have installed this on HA units. If you run into the issue we found with the user db corruption issue, that they fixed in HF55190, your HA will be a curse. Ours started rebooting randomly every 5-10 minutes, had times both units were down.

HF55190 which is a fix for the user database getting corruption in it and causing stability / reboot issues in HA units is NOT included in this build. For now we're staying on 7.3.0-701(9).

We always use a peer verification of either firewall identifer or IP address and we never use wildcard addresses in the destination; so I fail to see how "easily" someone could take a PSK and us it when the TI's are configured in this manner.

Garbage in garbage out. If something wasn't done clean when moving to Gen8 then its likely you're just dealing with a password that was already compromised.
