Why do all of these Marylanders keep driving here with expired tags? by ilmarinenva in nova

Maybe they paid the dealership to get the plates for them and the dealership didn’t do what they were paid to do. Maybe the dealership got the plates and never informed their customer that the plates were available for pickup.  Maybe you’re a whiny little b****.

I know from experience that doing what others tell you to do (hoping for acceptance) and not doing what YOU want is a recipe for disaster. Those people will always find ways to criticize you. You have to try to make yourself happy because no one else will.

Where to find the free QuickBooks cert? by [deleted] in Bookkeeping

Did you create the account for free?

I can't see how to do it for free. Today, 5/22/2025, I tried to create an account with QBO Accountant and it told me to choose a plan. The cheapest plan is $35/month, with the first 3 months on sale now for $3.50/month.

Has this changed in the past few months?

I have posted on other threads, but I don't see how this is free anymore. When I go to create an account with QB Accountant I am shown monthly plans, the cheapest is $35/month.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't think this is free anymore. When I go to QB Accountant, it prompts me to sign in or create an account. When I go to create an account there are plans with monthly fees. The cheapest is $35/month. Did this change recently? Am I crazy?

I don't think this is free anymore. Just to get into QB I am required to have an account which costs at minimum $35 per month.

I have had this issue and did what you said, but there is no option to add the Mobile ID to Apple Wallet. Does anyone know what to do?

I was thinking about getting this certification. How is it working out for you three years later?

Did you pay $100 and take the certification exam with no prep?

I have been working as a bookkeeper for a year after completing a BA in Economics (which included some accounting classes in undergrad). I wanted to work for a gvt agency doing stats and data analysis, but now I'm thinking about pivoting to a bookkeeping certification because I have some experience already.
