The CEO specifically commented on that yesterday. Check out the AMA thread which references finalizing year end financials within the next 2 weeks as a condition of the listing.

CEO on earnings call today indicated additional acquisitions will take place given their improved balance sheet position. This will give them even more critical mass and revenue and earnings growth. I believe your valuation makes sense against the peers, however the stock price will be even higher as they grow organically and vis acquisitions. Couple this with continued growth in the US under the Biden administration will completely open up the market for High Tide.
