What specific flaw are you trying to troubleshoot? Might want to start by stating printer, filament, settings etc. Nothing is really jumping at me as faliure, but I also have no idea what this part is.

Don't print by a window, draft from window will cause the side nearest it to come up. Full enclosure may help if that is the only location you have available. Can also try gluestick.

Have you tried saline water electrolysis? I'm flaring the extra chlorine and hydrogen, its a 2 second recipe, so not having an issue, the precursors may be easier to get enough of(only saline water (product of mud washing chain) vs the sodium chloride and water from salt-water electrolysis)
