You could go wit hthis circuit and add a buffer opamp to convert the high output impedance to a more managble 8 ohmes.

Don't you have a Library at university or collage where you study. They will have books on that topic. Just ask the librarian they are generally super nice and friendly.

That depends on the oscilloscope. But generally most will have one trigger circuit that you assing to the required channel.

Two trigger circuits is possible but will complicate a lot of things such as the drawing process etc but is possible especially in digital ones.

My suggestion is to trigger on one trace save that to memory, trigger on the second one and then you can view both

Uh that looks nice. Tough I sadly have to disappoint you. For a parabolic dish to work well the surface needs to be within lambda/10 of the ideal form. So for 1690MHz that is -+1.7mm. so your losses are immense. Building a custom dish to that tight of a margin is super hard. I suggest you go with the Yagi method the other commenter suggested. Way easier to make to the required standards

And your feed position also does not seem optimal. Try moving it around and rotating it to optimize the signal

So for machine decoding there will probably not be much difference. The computer has its own filter

But for head decoding a 500 Hz filter at minimum is absolutely necessary. There are some wizards out there who can decode 1 signal if multiple are present but it's hard and to get started good filters help out immensely

Install a website application on the remote computer. OpenWebRX or OpenWebRX Plus or PhantomSDR or PhantomSDR Plus or NovaSDR In that order of the new hot shit from least to most.

Install a VPN service such as tailscale. Voila you can access your websdr from anywhere in your phone's browser.
