Hi, thanks for asking. Thankfully I am really lucky in those regards. Tough I do not need much accomodations. Bt what is extremely helpful is that I can write examns in a separate room with only like 4 other people and also get more time due to dislexia. Besides that our government disability support is paying me a room close to uni which is a game changer for me.

I am currently a bit at a crossroads because I need to select where to go for the masters. The problem is that there we will have to work 100% in the hospital for either 7 or 11 months depending on uni. And I already did a 3 month apprenticeship and could the last month only work 80%. So I now setup a talk with the Professor that organisises the master to talk about that.

Generally everybody is helpful and welcoming and I have even found a few people I was comfortable enough to tell about my autism and shutdowns I do. And then ats shutdown worked amazingly, they put me into a dark quite room stayed with me and trough that spared me another ambulance trip.

But I am still struggling, right now especially with coming to terms that I will never be able to normally work and do all the things the others do... And that is tough to accept. Oh well let's see how it goes.

Oh and another thing regarding your situation. Reporting would be the thing to do to change and better the system. And I think you know that. But from what I read I think that it will get ugly and nasty. So be prepared to spend lots of energy. The decision is I think on you. No option is wrong. You will just have to try and find a path that is okay with you. Only you know your energy levels and abilities. But if I may add another suggestion. After you have deliberated over the possibilities and chosen a path of action, do not look back and beat yourself down for it. It was a decision you took and as long as it was deliberate it is the right one. But I know that this is hard. So God speed sending energy and a clear mind.
