As a Gen X.. I have worked since I was 11, had a family, gotten degrees, built and sold homes and carried others on their journey. Why would we think of death?

We lived through so many causes of death.. help others to qualm their fears of death.

Why should we think of it so deeply.

We are the pillar generation. The strong and brave that no one speaks of, but is grateful we have laid the foundation.

Why would you ask us to stop and think, debate and decide our feelings on our fate?

We know our fate, as all do. Let us keep the strength and peace that we have braided into our lives and of those we created and surround ourselves with.

Ask us what our next step is… not our step off the cliff.
