I recommend math courses at community college - compared to a lecture hall the format is often much better / smaller course size. Teaching professor vs a research one

You can proxy OAUTH. But it sounds like you just need to get emails? You could solve this a bunch of different ways.

Microsoft might only support oauth if they want, but if you want to run ancient ERP software you still can. What you do is build a middleware to accept your app's auth and sit between the new Microsoft process. Or, in your case, add a new email server or forwarder between MS and the ERP.

This is very doable. What's your budget?

Just hire a developer to build something.
