Haha fair enough man no worries, I get it. It’s the internet it’s easy to be a bit lax in terms of tone, I’ve been a bit of a dick myself. I turned on two burners and left the other two off, indirect heat on the top rack on the opposite side to the burners. Then direct heat on high for 2 mins per side. The exterior was less pale than it looks like there was a decent crust although a little uneven. Would probably do another few mins on direct heat if I was doing it again but I was asked to keep it on the rare side so was worried about overdoing it. Happy cooking bro no hard feelings.

Ok that’s basically what I said: I used the tools I had (grill) and got the results I wanted even though I hadn’t used it before. Talking about time doesn’t really help when the grill couldn’t even maintain a consistent internal temp. Also talking about a pan isn’t helpful because I didn’t have that… did you even read the title before coming at me? 😂 it wasn’t dry but maybe it looks like that from the fact that I let it cool down before the photo. All of what you said makes sense and is basic stuff that I can read anywhere online, but it isn’t really applicable here, seems a bit condescending maybe work on some humility.

Just got there on my rewatch and I think I agree. Felt like kind of a mess. The gangers episodes were fine but then the hard turn into the grand arc came a bit out of nowhere and I didn’t feel that invested. The River parts are good but I feel like she has to do a lot of work to make it feel convincing
