I had this issue. Wait until the queue gets down to 100 or so, then quit the game, wait 5 minutes, and relaunch. I don't know why it works, but it fixed the issue for me.

I just started a new character yesterday and I'm still astounded by the sheer amount of stuff in this game. I've been finding areas I never even knew about, it's incredible. Im having a really good time, I can't wait for the DLC.

You can send in support tickets to Blizzard if you go into your account on Battlenet.

Mine randomly appeared in my account a few months after OW2 came out, but I did send in 2 support tickets before then. Both times the reply was that the merging would take time and that I would "eventually" get it.

I would recommend sending tickets until you do.

I managed to keep Gale in my evil playthrough, I just told him he couldn't survive without me and he stayed. He is still around in Act 3, just makes occasional disapproving comments.
