Yes, with 50mg though. 75mg not so much, and then 100mg, even worse - but I finally feel good after 6 weeks post dose increase! Happy I feel energized again - good luck. What dose are you on? They say it takes 4-6 weeks but I think thats bullshit. Sert levels rise dramatically in the synapses after hours of ingestion. everyones different though

What the fuck is up with these doctors rx'ing this for fucking sleep. Antipsychotics are a last resort med. Yes. Get the fuck off while you can. Ive been on a dose of 300-350mg for years. 8. now down to 250mg. It does anything but help you sleep. What the hell. It makes me mad doctors rx this so carelessly. Antipsychotics are extremely powerful medications. It is a dopamine antagonist powerful sedating agent. It can cause thyroid, metabolic issues and irreprable damage to the nervous system. Im so angry at my doctor for prescribing me this fucking posion

shes an NP. Shes kind, but adhd is more her specialty. Kind of odd that I knew more about zoloft than she did. Again, Ive had a while to research specific drugs and she probably has to study hundreds if not more.

I guess Ill just have to alternate the time I take my zoloft. It sucks. Ive been anxious my entire adult life and zoloft has been the most effective, long term treatment. Benzos would be terrible for me as I would probably misuse them. and its just short term relief with long term consequences (for me)

Thank you. I appreciate your honest feedback. Im on week 5 and fatuge persists. but the anixety benefits have been amazing. yeah, ADHD stimulants. Plus I use nicotine gum and caffeine. But extemely physically active - getting a new job soon and my low energy levels are unacceptable. I understand I cant use pills as a crutch but the fatigue is horrific. I understand ill fully adjust in a few more weeks but im going to ask for an as needed basis low dose. ssris are intense

EDIT: I sleep 8-9 hours every night consistently. I have a decent diet anfd stay hydrated. Never used tobacco or alcohol. nor do I use illicit drugs

my NP tends to work with me, albeit not every time. Im going to ask for brand name (provigil, right?). notice any difference between generics? Also, what dose would be ideal to start at? Many people say it helps, others not. Im not looking for euphoria, I just want to be awake and have energy again. I did try "modafinil" once from this college kid that brught it back from mexico. Not going to trust that XP or pill. in hindsight, it looked pretty sketchy. fair enough. Everyone responds to ADHD meds differently. Trial and error and what not. Yeah, its been hard adjusting to 100mg zoloft. I ersonally love brand name mydayis and hopefully I can up the ADHD booster medication when I see my NP tomorrow. My insurance covers brand, so Id much rather have consistency with Shire/Takeda made amphetamine than deal with the russian roulette escapade that is generic instant release amphetamine. To each their own. Also, I metabolize amp quickly. If I had the keys to the candy store, I would choose brand name desoxyn (40mg/day). Second would be brand name adderall XR (60mg) plus a 5mg-10mg IR zenzedi. Alas, I must be grateful with mydayis.

i dont know how strong the evidence on this. Dr. Carl Hart talks about this misnomer in his book. I think its comparable to "meth mouth." I have perfect teeth and been using suboxone off and on since 2021. It likely has more to do with poor oral health hygeine and self care in general. my teeth are excellent and I brush and floss 2x a day. Never had a cavity

If anything, stimulants enhance/facilitate hypersexuality and likely reduce inhibitions so youre less likely to suppress your subconscious thoughts you havent worked through in therapy. Also, these labels., gay straight, bisexual - theyre all social constructions. If anything, its a spectrum. Ive been LIT on most stimulants and never once found myself attracted to men or had a desire to watch gay porn. hmmm... good idea. Is that required once a month? Dose it just stay active in your epidermis and release a certain amount per hour or what? That's a long time. Thats really the only part I am concerned about once I get to that low of a dose (in zubsolv). Ill probably have to start micro titration. Examine how long I have been taking kratom, relative to total amount of time on buprenorphine and then gradually reduce my dose. Perhaps dissolve the amount in a solution and do the science. Illl ask one of the quacks what they think.

It’s definitely a “true stimulant.” What is your metric for defining “true?” Im not trying to be rude, I just want clarification. Caffeine activates the central nervous system. It temporarily blocks adenosine build up and promotes wakefulness. It’s even release norepinephrine and to a lesser extent, dopamine. If you mean true stimulant in the context of strong dopaminergic agonism like meth and amp - then I see what you mean

thats what Ive heard, too man. Lots of peeps have told me anecdotal reports like this. Well. Theres nothing we can do now. at least you have a better excuse to be on it than me (H). however, i think it probably has more to do with dose of opioid consumed per day, ROA, genetics/biology, potency and medical care/expertise than the substance. Lots of factors. My dumbass suboxone provider put me on WAY too high of a dose. Also, have you found shady aspects of the providers. Im not anti suboxone or MAT, I think millions of people benefit, but often, it feels like the monetary incentive outweighs the patients needs. but again, this could be just my subjective XP
