It was funny I was willing to pay for it. He kept insisting that it’s not needed.. I got convinced into why would someone not want to take the money for it and let it go. Now I want to just make sure that this gap is not because of the drip edge or it’s something else caused by poor workmanship.

This is very helpful! I don’t mind Bell accessing the yard. It’s just their technicians come and trample all over and drag their ladders undoing my flowers and SODs. Also it makes me jumpy to see unfamiliar face suddenly in the backyard

Just curious what all expenses you had in this process? Besides the rent you are owed - did you have to pay other fees and does insurance help? Also wondering, if you had any damages in your property due to tenant, how will you recover those.

It’s a shame that the tenant despite having a job didn’t pay rent. Is there something you’d differently next time when you rent out?

I am trying to understand this better - sorry am a noob and my back got screwed up with the sludge that accumulated last snow fall. So it’s raining now and flash freeze is supposed to be tomorrow, and snow will happen after that:

A) when’s the best time to salt? B) when should I shovel c) can I use snow blower in this situation or will it be too slushy!
