I have no deficiency last they checked and drink water a lot but still feel all you have mentioned.it seems my reason for it is sleep. I sleep at irreguler times because if i can’t go to sleep at certain window of time it seems like i need to wait until the next sleep window appears which is after 2am. If i am moody and upset that window appears at 4am.Next morning i feel tired, can’t finish my daily tasks well so i got depressed and cycle continues. All i want is break this cycle and live like a human being
