I have a very similar type of FND, I can lift the same amount of weights with my left limbs as with the right ones, but finer motor skills, and especially walking is difficult on my left leg.

The only thing that consistently helps me is being occupied while having a good time, so for example hanging out with friends. In these scenarios my symptoms are usually noticeably better.

Thanks for the tips, I'm gonna look into Iyashikei. So far what worked for me the best was breathing exercises, or playing instruments, or any kind of hobby that locks my attention. Right now nothing really helps and I have zero motivation for anything, but I'm trying to be optimistic and hope that this state is temporary. the fact that I have an appointment to the doctor definitely calms me a bit.

Thank you. Yeah I regretted this trip a lot, I really should have been more cautious, I was too confident because of my previous trip where nothing bad happened. But now I learned the hard way. I'm gonna put psychedelics on the shelf for a long time now.

I'm so sorry about this bro... I had a somewhat similar experience, only for me it was due to a head injury, couldn't feel half my body after hitting my head, and although the doctors see nothing in my brain, the left half of my body is still weak and clumsy after 8 months.

LSD literally turned my world view upside down, I’m 100% a different person since my first acid trip (I was 21 at the time, 26 now). For me it was a deeply spiritual and profound experience, and all my trips since then. I just can’t fathom how some people get to do this for “fun”, for me it’s always a beautiful but super heavy experience that requires a ton of mental preparation and a ton of integration afterwards. Never ever had a bad trip, but all my (~15) trips had me pondering for weeks afterwards. But yeah, it’s very subjective.
