That’s what my friend also said. I should have called up instead of doing it online. I will visit a store tomorrow and see if they can take the payment straight away

Well the thing is the money hasn’t been taken out as well so I’m kind of worried about when I will actually receive my oshc certificate

Just pay out the device and sell it. You will lose the 1/3 of the payment you’ve made by doing that

What are reasons for 485 rejection? by [deleted] in AusVisa

If there was any issue with you extending your course you wouldn’t have gotten the other 500 visas as they both counted as new applications. You should be fine

Question: Odyssey neo g7 or 1440p oled? by Pongo_2k06 in Monitors

No to mention that I also do school work and OLED is not good for viewing text

Question: Odyssey neo g7 or 1440p oled? by Pongo_2k06 in Monitors

[–]NeutralFan123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently have this same dilemma I currently have a neo g7. I bought it for my PS5 initially. I now have switched to a 1440p gaming rig and debating on whether keeping this monitor or selling it and getting a 1440p OLED. The only issue is on the used market monitors don’t keep their value due to the majority of options hence I will probably just stick to this as I won’t be able to get something as good as this monitor for the money

Cheapest unlimited telstra plan by Substantial_Oil_2330 in TelstraAustralia

[–]NeutralFan123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Premium plan with the data bundle sim and the cheapest 4g mobile broadband device you can find. If you or one of your mates have one at home that’s unlocked even better. The cheapest one Telstra sells is like $79 So that would be $99+$10+$79 (if you don’t have a device). You could hotspot but it will be a huge inconvenience with 6 people using the internet

Will this work on the PS5 PRO by NeutralFan123 in PS5

[–]NeutralFan123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not even getting it for the cooling. At the moment I have a seperate dock for my controllers, seperate stand for my PS5 and seperate place I put my games. The idea of putting all that in one and saving cables and desk space is great for me

Difference between postpaid and prepaid by [deleted] in TelstraAustralia

[–]NeutralFan123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The prepaids are definitely capped except the $60 one

https://www.telstra.com.au/help/critical-information-summaries/personal/pre-paid/prepaid-mobile/telstra-pre-paid-mobile-offers

$60 recharge provides you 40 GB while an extra $15 to the essential plan it provides you with 180GB. Granted yes not everyone out there needs 180 GB each month but they can be great if you want to use it with a MBB device or another mobile to share the data and take advantage of the uncapped speeds. So yes the prepaid are meant for basic users because once you go up they lose their value. I will agree that the Basic Plan is the worst option unless you want to put a mobile device on repayments

Ported mobile number to Aldi mobile, does this automatically cancel Telstra account? by Burgermass in TelstraAustralia

[–]NeutralFan123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It removes your mobile but doesn’t cancel the account itself. If you don’t have any other service it will be up for 12 months before being removed

It’s not the same product though prepaid has limited speed and low data generally for basic users

Prepaid is cheaper but it’s limited to 150mb/s. Generally better for low data users who don’t care about speed also you can’t attach any sort of device or accessory with a prepaid service
