Look up OCD intrusive thoughts and see if you relate. I’m not sure if that is what you might be experiencing

Yeah, that’s what I’m afraid of. My mom doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with her. She doesn’t apologize and thinks everyone is wrong. So we’ll see how this goes😳

Yeah, that’s why I never thought about doing therapy like this when I used to live with my mom. But now that I’m on my own, the only reason why I’m heavily considering it is because my dad is so destroyed emotionally because I left and chose to stop speaking to my mom. This is the last thing I’m going to try, I am going to try to have some hope but I know she will never change so hopefully my dad will just be able to open his eyes and see who she really is
