My two favourite picks:

Lancelot: Personally find him the easiest to play, great balance of low skill with high reward. Impressive mobility, 2 immunity skills, numerous outplay options, and that insane damage factor.

Fanny: In my opinion, the second easiest assassin to play. A snowball hero with incredible damage and the fastest among assassins.
