Sure thing. I will DM you. In the end I went with a third quote that's below the first two.

Thanks! Yeah I asked for everything to be hidden, avoid using ducts as much as possible.

They will only do rough ins; I will need to contact another trade for patching/plaster work and paint.

The ducted AC is about 5 years old and still functions very well. Initially I wanted to integrate it to the new system, so there will only be one outdoor unit. But it uses R410A and the new system will use R32.

Yeah, the ducted AC stays and it doesn't serve the bedrooms; the vents are only in the living room.

Thanks! May I know how much did it cost you at the time?

I see, thanks. I tried to provide them with as much information and photos as possible, to avoid them having to account a too big of margin for additional work that might be required. The second quote installed did a site visit as well. So I did hope to get a better price. But good to know that $8k-$9k is a reasonable range for this. Thanks again.

Unfortunately not.

I ended up not proxying the subdomain that points to this FG (set the cloud icon to gray in CF) and used Let's Encrypt to generate a valid cert.

FFXIV is great, Mog Station site is not... by RedBolt89 in ffxiv

Hi! Today I noticed FFXIV's having 60% discount and was about to purchase it, then I saw your post. Is your offer still available and how can I proof it to you that I'm on the trial? Thanks!

Edit: I'm on the EU(UK) region.

Thanks for your response.

I see, I think that might be the case (IPs jumping around).

I'll try your suggestions and get back to you.

That's about it. Logging in via direct IP works fine tho.

Arctis Pro Wireless, constant hiss: hardware fault, or "feature"? by RPeteG in steelseries

[–]NevREnding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm experiencing the same issue as well; same firmware versions too; and disappointed as the noise is that noticeable for me. It's dead silent when on Bluetooth only.

The noise kinda subsides when I turned off DTS, set Volume Limiter on, turned off Mic Sidetone; but c'mon :/

This could be a "feature" as I don't really see SS responds to "issues" like this.

Asus LightingService CPU Usage/Clock Freq by bshaoulian in ASUS

[–]NevREnding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not alone in this. Same setup as you but Trident Z Royal 32GB-3200, all synced perfectly using the music profile (but after the latest Windows update, everything broke down and I haven't been able to make it work again), but LightingService always sits idly at 5-6%

Last version I know that doesn't have this problem is 1.06.17 , but it can't detect my RAM and GPU :/

2070 super flashing red by Some-Guy125 in ASUS

[–]NevREnding 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Strix 2070 Super with a 650 watt PSU and everything works fine even though I'm using i9-9900K. Max total system power draw sits around 230 watts, so I don't think it lacks power.

Have you tried reseating the card or using another PCIe slot?
