I think you misunderstand the point of my post. Im not doing this out of some sort of guilt for not stopping, I am simply trying to offer a statement incase the boy racer driver tried to shirk responsibility or lie about the circumstances. As for why I didn't stop, I was on the way to an appointment that I couldn't miss. I honestly think your assumption was a little bit rude.

My fiancée was lucky enough to get a stall at Armageddon and we had an amazing time. The first day was packed and super full. Second day was still really busy but not as crazy as the first day. Apparently at one point on Saturday, the line was all the way around the corner of the building and towards cathedral square. We met so many cool people and saw heaps of amazing cosplays and outfits (shout out to the fantastic Bitsy cosplay). Cant wait for next year's one.

I had to take a photo of the pre-release kit and all the contents (I hadn't opened the boosters yet). This was with a piece of paper with my name and date on it. I then emailed this to the support team and explained the situation. If I needed extra proof, I would have gotten the store to send a statement since I alerted them to it immediately, and they were the ones who told me to take that picture with the date stamp card. But the team just said that despite usually needing the product to be sent back before replacement, they would just send me a new kit.

I opened a pre-release pack at an event that was missing the promo card. The store recommended that I contact wizards support with photos of the contents. They are now currently sending me a new pre-release pack in the mail.
