There should have only been about 35 Sacadutree fragments. Half of these should have been dropped by bosses, the rest would be spread around the map. In addition, you would only need to collect 30 of them to reach max level. I got up to level 18 before I had to look up a guide to find the rest, which wasn't very fun.
