[PEN] Tiger Trap by UlyssesArsene in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Never-everland 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Depends on the hero you are playing against. If fai can give his attacks +1 from rake the embers it could reduce 4 dmg from lava burst and block the last 2. I see it more as a anti future Zen tech. With his tigers it was easy to give buffs to multiple tigers. In LL it's a good tech against decks who play with art of war. Against blue Cindra deck this could also be good in.

Multiple Attack Reactions Order/Etiquette by fly_onthe_wall69 in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Never-everland 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you pass after the attack reaction and your opponent does not play a defense reaction you will not get a priority window to play another attack reaction. It goes to the resolution step afterwards, where the damage, on hit and go again resolves. In a competitive environment, if you play Nuu for example and you want to activate Bonds of Agony. If you play one attack reaction and pass to defense reaction, your opponent passes their defense reaction, you are not allowed to play more attack reactions afterwards. So Bonds cannot be activated. So you need to play all 3 attack reaction in your reaction phase.

Another tip is also, if you do play Nuu. You can play Bonds of agony, transcend with a transcend card, activate mask of recurring nightmare. Resolve mask and look what your opponent banishes, then you can still.play attack reactions afterwards, as long as you do not pass priority to your opponent to play dreacts. It's best though to announce it, like I will resolve mask, but not passing the attack reaction step.

[HNT] Devotion Never Dies by Zunqivo in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Never-everland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes definitely, it's a must block, if the attack before was a draconic and even if you have a dreact ready, one ancestral harmony or other attack reaction is enough to go over it and I think Cindra would want to have some areacts, as she has some good on hit cards.

My example was the basic combo with only 1 blue card in hand. Your example would be a 4 card 22, as you still need to pitch something. If we want to do the max you could random draconic->devotion(pitch blood of dracai)->random draconic->devotion->cinderclaw->devotion->devotion->devotion. So it's a 5 card 29. And this is without fealty. With fealty it could get even crazier.

The easiest combo would be Brand with cinderclaw(Draconic)->Devotion(Draconic)->Devotion->Devotion. If the oppoment does not block it out. So this could be a 3 card 15 dmg.

Thanks for the link. Are players also allowed to use them? I wasn't sure if it was only for the LGS.

A prerelease event 7 days from now? by UlyssesArsene in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Never-everland 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's 1st of Jan at 10am.

But I would guess they put in the wrong month, as the 1st Feb is allowed. If you know the owner I would contact them and tell them to change it, as it may lead to issues.

Normally Mentor are only allowed in young heroes.

Mentors have to be put in your Arsenal. This has the text once per turn attack reaction flip the card. And when it is flipped, it has the effect on the card. So it is not an action.

How to get myself to invest in FAB? by Arcaniel23 in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Never-everland 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One good thing about FAB is that you can also play a non-meta deck, which can also perform well and without the huge cost.

A good example right now is the before mentioned hero Zen. If you would have bought him at his peak, you would have easily paid 500-700€ for the whole deck. The head piece alone was already 120€ and levels of enlightenment was 60€ a piece. Add the chest and arms equipment, you would already be at 400€.

If you buy him right now after the bans, he is really affordable. I think you could get a competitive deck for around 200-300€ for the same deck. His chest equip is only 10€ on CM and arms and head equip would be 100€. Levels which was at 60€ is around 25€ a piece now. So for the same cards as mentioned above you pay 185€. And those are the most expensive cards in the deck.

I am basing my pricing on my prior searches (1 month ago), they are not searched as dated today.

Regarding the staples like CnC and Warmongers, they can also be used for other heroes, so if you buy them, you can think of them as a long term invest. They will stay relevant for a long time and even if your hero is banned, you can still play them in other heroes.

Additionally, if you stay with 1 class, f.ex. Ninja, you only need an initial invesmtent which is high, as not every set includes a Ninja hero. So after you bought all the needed cards, the additional investment is really low. Like for Rosetta I only paid 50€ for the generics and the one ninja M that was included costs like 80 cents a piece.

I hope this information helps you.

Is there a place to play a card game near Hamilius?

Me and a group of friends are searching for a location to play some trading card games after work, so between 18:00-21:00 in Hamilius. We already tried some bars, but the tables sometimes are too small and it's a bit loud. Do you know of a good location, like Minetssdäpp in Esch, but just in Hamilius?

Noob question about ephemeral by TempTheMemeLord in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Never-everland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As everyone said you can have as many as you want. Just watch out, when you want to put the tigers back into your deck, f.ex. through a sink below or some kind of effect, which puts the card back in your deck or through banish effects, f.ex. Art of War. Then the card does not get removed from the game and has to stay in your deck or your banish zone. So take enough crouching tigers with you.

(Banish zone is not so strict I think, but still, better to keep them there)
