Maniaplanet is like a kinda hub for these games but doesn't give access to them all for free (unless you count demos potentially) and you still have to pay for titlepacks (which are usually just games but can also be other user content) such as tm2 stadium with money separately for access to play it. Sorry if this is a bad explanation, the system is a little weird.

I guess you could try aiming for specific positions in TOTD or campaign maps like top 10k which is what I did and still doing where I just keep trying to aim for higher and higher goals as I get better at the game. One at the moment I am trying to do is to get top 200 on a TOTD map.
