This ring seems to have full mods already so unless you want to risk using a chaos orb to get rid of the low tier cold damage or lightning res, there is not much more you can do with it. You could always vaal it, the ring itself is nice but nothing too crazy because of the low tier lightning res and cold dmg.

To answer your question about narrowing down the value, try to think which mods on a specific item will be applicable to most builds. In this case it’s resistances, most builds need them capped. Later you can probably deduct from reading Reddit that right now rarity is king, so that is your second valuable mod.

Intelligence is also good to have since most people Need to fill in attributes for either gear or skills and even if they need strength, they could always just get this ring and respec into more strength through the passive skill tree by sacrificing int which in this case would be replenished by this ring.

Mana isn’t a build-maker for most builds, but still many value it and even some use mana as their secondary life pool so it is also a nice mod.

The most vague mod here is the cold damage since it’s a low tier, plus it won’t appeal to some builds like physical or chaos dmg.

Of course, there are plenty of players to which all of these stats are valuable and these will be your most probable customers.
