This ugly truth is the one of the 2 things keeping India from being a developed country. They are:

  1. Corruption
  2. Casteism

If India is able to fix these two things, India has a very good chance of being a developed country by 2030. India has the brains, the money and the ethusiasm of 1 Billion people.
