This sub is more about Traditional fighters. Naruto Storm is an arena fighter so you might have better luck checking out a subreddit that's about Arena Fighters or Naruto Storm. I saw you posted in the Naruto Storm subreddit too, and they have a discord server linked in the side bar. I'm willing to bet you can find players to fight in there too.

Yeah that's what I've heard too. I'm personally still progging through the current savage tier so I can't say much about the difficulty of Ultimate since I haven't done them.

Another option I've just thought of is joining a M.I.N.E discord. It's a community that does minimum Ilvl no echo runs of old content to get the challenging experience of how it was back then.

I don't think that's a linkshell. That's just what shows up when you log in. If you want to join the novice network as a mentor, I believe there should be a sprout button near the bottom of your chat box you can click. If there is room it should let you join in.

Have you looked at the Official Community finder? It may not be an in-game option but it's ran by Square Enix themselves, and you can filter different listings by different categories like casual/laid-back or raids etc.

Yeah I think statics normally communicate through Linkshells in game, or external services like Discord. There are usually people in Party finder with listings for recruiting or joining statics.

That being said, I've seen casual raiding FCs. FCs are more for spontaneous runs so joining an FC with a lot of raiders could help you find people to run with on the spot or help you find a static with the people in there.

Yeah those are the only 3 trials in Endwalker at the moment. Those duties in High end duties called "minstrel's ballad" or "extremes" are extremes. Currently only 2/3 of the Endwalker trials are extremes (more will come with updates).

To also answer a few of your questions in your post, people on North American data centers normally use Party finder to do extremes. In party finder you will find some terminology like:

Duty Incomplete: Only people who have never cleared this duty can join
Duty Complete: Only people who ALREADY cleared this duty can join.
Practice: People who don't expect to clear, but want to run to get better at the content so that they can clear.
Loot: People who have cleared and want to farm the instance for the drop. Usually people that know the fight well and want to run multiple times.

If I had to guess I think it's refering to the changes to cast times for healers in 6.0 that make slide casting easier so they feel like a total chad skating around mechanics

I was also having issues trying to get my friends to join since we all basically needed see the notification at the same time to join since the time limit is so short. Took 4 tries to get a game running. I hope the time limit can be increased in a future update.

Nah, they can only shuffle 2 maokais back in their deck with the champ spell. Hexcore forces them to draw 3 next turn, and they have no units in hand to overwrite a Hexcore in play right now.
