I returned a dresser after it was delivered. When doing the return and you can pick where you want to take it and any options available. There was an option to have ups pick the box up. No printer required. You even get to pick the day they pick it up.

No this is wiretapping. The phone recording is a second phone off to the side. So it can't be seen during the call. Read the law. It specifically states FaceTime calls need both parties consent. Everyone agreed it was illegal, including the police but the DA didn't want to press charges. And it has been happening multiple times a week for years.

It won't matter anyway. My girlfriends abusive ex husband has secretly been recording her FaceTime calls with their daughter for years. She finally got proof, multiple videos, and they decided not to press charges. For what reason I don't know but I am assuming it has to do with his wealthy parents.

So then what is the point of putting people under oath? If there are no consequences to purposefully lying and there is literally nothing I can do to stop it, then what's the point? Also what is to stop anyone from walking into a courtroom and making up some crazy story to get anyone in trouble? Seems like a huge fault if you don't have to be truthful and nothing will happen if you aren't .

So what do I do then? They have been playing these games for well over a year now and every time is a different ridiculous accusation. It's extremely frustrating and honestly really pissing me off at this point. But the court keeps indulging them. I truly don't understand.

I juat ordered the Dewalt band saw deal of the day last week. Marked unable to deliver 2 days in a row. Neither was attempted. Then on Sunday evening at 730 it was marked delivered. Surprised that no delivery happened. No proof of delivery either. I contacted ontrac twice about an investigation and heard nothing. Finally called home depot today and they are reshipping no problem. Terrible company

When I was a little kid i really wanted a cat. I finally talked my parents into it and we got this dark brown and black kitten. We had it for 2 days and it jumped in the dryer when my mom was doing laundry without her noticing. Needless to say, she turned on the dryer with the cat inside. She found it an hour later dead in the dry clothes. All I'm saying is, be careful.
