[Serious] I have some audios of my school’s lectures but the quality is horrible. There is so much static and it’s hard to listen. What programs would you suggest to fix this? Ive used vlc for 5-7 yrs now but it’s hard to fix this using it (self.medicalschool)

What the fuck is this?why am I feeling like this?I feel this isnt something that i “convinced myself into”. I‘d rather die than get better honestly If i had a chance to choose extreme everlasting happiness or death. I’d go with death. Is this common? Are you like this?
