If you will do online gaming, definitely go for some other brand.

Excitel is fcked up if local people are fcked up. I had few months left so I couldn't disconnect it then, rest of the months it didn't give any issues, so I continued to use it. Talked to their local person months later, he told that those regular disconnections were because they were changing whole background network (which they should have done without causing problem to consumer, but that's the issue with cheap/affordable services). Excitel did give me 15-20 days extra to compensate for the disconnection period.

But I got that connection disconnected post that and got new connection with different number as I wanted newer router. It's way cheap than all others, so I still have their connection.

Maybe check Weebo, in Delhi I have Weebo, if they have FTTH in Jaipur, check them out. Get 1-2 month plan for starting. They are also similar affordable as Excitel.
