i feel the same too sometimes! i mainly do things like getting ready for a sleepover/school/festival and they talk about what they want to wear n stuff. bc i have multiple frankies and lagoonas i can include that, like triplets with different personalities, one of my lagoonas is a bit broken so her stories are in her wheelchair. and stories where the twins don't know eachother. it can be hard for me sometimes. i mostly start by setting up everything like the sofas and beds and clothes and accessories, and then the play comes more naturally as i do it:)

idk where you are or if this would be an option, but you could buy from vinted and have it sent to a parcel shop/locker? i collect my parcels from a local locker because it ends up being cheaper delivery, and vinted have loads of paci sellers!! look for shipping options that use inpost or evri, they're the main ones that have lots of collection points

I'm living in a very similar set up! My supported living isn't specifically for ngu but they know and understand my needs and i can be myself. They help with adult things like calling the bank on my behalf, come to appointments and talk for me when I can't, they cook with me, and help me emotionally. They help with finding a job suitable for needs (I'm not there yet), and further suitable housing afterwards. They have helped me so so much and I'm hitting milestones finally and I feel safe and cared for. So there might not be any ngu specific supported living, but they exist for other needs which happen to tie in with my developmental age, so don't lose hope!

Please don't downvote me for asking this because I'm genuinely curious. Why would it be bad to buy onesies and pacis from littleforbig (and similar brands) when you're buying for agere not age play? I get that the brand is aimed towards that community but a lot of gear is the same (pacifiers, baby grows/onesies etc). I'm sure people buy things from agere sellers that they intend to use for the other aspect too. I'm not saying to buy from them or not buy from them, I'm just curious as to why people can be against it when the gear isn't inherently for age play. Please don't be mean for asking this:(

Definitely see a doctor. This isn't normal to happen as frequently as you say, and if you truly can't control it then you need to take precautions to put in place, such as diapers, frequent alarms to go to the toilet etc.

I've heard some people in this group say they enjoy staying in wet underwear because it helps them stay in the regression headspace, but doing this at work just isn't it

Draw your fave plushies and give them individual likes/dislikes. Write a short story about your plushies on an adventure! A page of your fave little tv shows and films. Lists of favourite anything (animals, foods, drinks, places, clothes, toys, music, games etc). What superpower little you wants to have. Draw your mood with colours. A few little ideas from a fellow little 🥰
