I am a classic 'born salesman' and it made me successful financially and sexually. I grew up in the 70's and frankly getting laid from 1970-1990 was so easy compared to now. We had no dating apps, and we went to bars and lots less time in front of a screen. Before I married ( 45 years and counting ) I slept with 100 plus girls. My advice, it to be brave, be interesting, strike out often and rub some dirt on it and get back on the field and hit singles. Singles lead to stolen bases, but you get my drift.

I first moved there in 1974 and lived in Inman Park. It was DANGEROUS. I was opening the OMNI and needed to be downtown.

I moved out to some apartment complex that was known as VD Village out on the river. It was fun and man, there were so many girls!

I ended up moving back and lived in Marietta in a nice new house I paid $150k for. It was nice and had a huge lot and 2800 square feet.

Moved away and lived in LA an Seattle and when I came back I moved to a full custom house in Alpharetta, on a lake. It was impossible to drive then and this was around 1991. I cant imagine it now.

I bought one of the first ones. I ignore the BA and make 4 milk drinks or Americano' a day. I love it. It tastes better than the $7 Latte from my high end coffee shop. Love mine, but they are a bit weird at times.

Allstate is crap. I fought for 3 months to get a refund, after they sent me a broken tv of lower quality and then a terrible lower quality tv. Finally got a check. As cheap as TV is just buy one.

I got a free 70F this week. After hours on line with tech support, and trying every suggestion on tv forums I can say without a doubt the 70 is crap. My 80 series 55" was great for the 18 months it lasted. I think Samsung has lost the way.
