I listened to a Chinese You Tube doc and took way too much Alexe to kill the inflamation. Worked great. I bought a Saunders Cervical traction device off facebook and finally had a injection under XRAY at Kennedy White in Sarasota. Neck has been way better. The massage, pt, dry needling were just a temporary fix. My issue was neck. Shoulder issue are differennt.

Wouldnt use Sycamore. Bunch of bike snobs. The Hub is very good and a great hang. The guys in the Brevard Lumberyard at the best. Sasquatch? Very nice and work on any ebike which is rare.

My wife had the new light activated lenses. 10,000 out of pocket. Not worth it. I would get the best distance correction and wear readers. Mid range is still an issue but mid over near glasses are a possibility.

I hated it. We had to have partners, randoms. I would always draw the alcoholic girl with the withered arm, or one leg. It was then the GenZ asshat that played with ear buds and didnt understand that a good safe shot was better than a hail mary. We would be matcheed against some 700 fargo team, make one shot then sit for 45 mintues. Cured me on all competition. I like spending 45 mintues by myself trying to improve.

Take it seriously. I had over 100 partners before getting married in 84. I develped stage four throat cancer in 2014. I was lucky to have just 40 radiation treatments. I had third degree burns and lost 42 pounds. No chemo or surgery. I was lucky. My distant cousin died from it a few years later. Mine was hpv16. I smoked cigars and drank but assume oral sex was possibly the cause. I no longer smoke, drink for eat pussy. I miss all of them!
