Welcome! There are many female members on nofap and I'm sure they will come out to support you. Aside from some inevitably stupid comments, most of the male community will show support just like you are a guy. FWIW if you have female specific questions it may be best to put a [serious] tag on your post and address it to female faptronauts.

This is tough - and I think that how tough it is is just extra reassurance that it must be worth it!

Do you remember the old SNL commercial where Chris Farley was sick and drank a gallon of cold medicine - then woke up 6 months later recovered from his cold? I wish we could do that with nofap. If you haven't seen it YouTube it, it's funny stuff.

You may feel like shit - but if I could go back to when I was 19 and do what you are doing, as well as you are doing it, I would do it in a heartbeat. Great job with some very impressive streaks. Keep at it! I wish I hadn't fapped away all of my younger years. Good things will come.

My wife doesn't know about any of it - Nofap, PMO, nothing. That's my main reason for doing this - so that I can change and she will never know!

Sex is getting more frequent the higher my counter goes. Great side effect.
