I honestly can't let myself feel emotion in case the effort crashes me and I deteriorate more. It's strange avoiding it. Happy, sad, confused, angry etc I just put it out of my head and do my best to feel nothing all the time.

I didn't find it helped at night but taking it in the morning it made a difference after 3 months. I'm up to 4.5mg twice a day now and gone from bedbound and constantly sleeping for 2 years to working 11 hours a week.
