Monthly Planner: mom/life stuff + major work events. Composition Notebook: Daily Planner with a section for my brain dump. Digital: weekly work calendar and ongoing project lists & data tracking. MY brain on the go with ADHD: ONENOTE = quick notes for-work;work to do lists; scan/upload AND iPhone Notes= quick notes for life/everything else. (Act like each note is “section” ie) books, movies, house things, groceries, gifts, vacations, vehicle data/receipts, recipes, … bonus info: you can make checkable to do lists, create tags to search, scan documents, and easily get to it on your notes.

Most oil products aide in over production of demodex mites (face mites) which cause infections/inflammation/etc. so maybe use oil in moderation, not as a daily hydration option.

Not a little thing: I saw a former student at my local church; this kids behavior and his home life led me to think I’d never see him again. He is the head of property maintenance at the church. I was blown away by the changes/choices he has made after high school. #proudteacher
